Με βαθιά αγάπη για τον τόπο μας, η Ένωση Δονουσιωτών Κυκλάδων ξεκίνησε την προσπάθεια συγκέντρωσης προφορικών μαρτυριών, παλιών φωτογραφιών και πολύτιμων τεκμηρίων από τη ζωή στη Δονούσα. Η πρωτοβουλία αυτή αποτέλεσε τη βάση για τη δημιουργία του Ψηφιακού Ιστορικού Αρχείου Δονούσας, το οποίο φιλοξενείται στην ιστοσελίδα istoria.donousa.online.

Το έργο βασίζεται στην πολύχρονη προσπάθεια του Πολιτιστικού Περιβαλλοντικού Συλλόγου Δονούσας ΠΟΣΕΙΔΩΝ και της Ένωσης Δονουσιωτών Κυκλάδων, σε συνεργασία με το Μουσείο Κυκλαδικής Τέχνης, μέσω του προγράμματος Cycladic Identity.

Το αρχείο αυτό αποτελεί μια ζωντανή μνήμη του νησιού, αποσκοπώντας στη διατήρηση και την ανάδειξη της πολιτιστικής ταυτότητας της Δονούσας.

Digital Historical Archive of Donousa – istoria.donousa.online

With deep love for our island, the Union of Donousa Islanders of the Cyclades began the effort to collect oral testimonies, old photographs, and valuable records from life in Donousa. This initiative laid the foundation for the creation of the Digital Historical Archive of Donousa, hosted at istoria.donousa.online.

The project is based on the longstanding work of the Cultural and Environmental Association of Donousa POSEIDON and the Union of Donousa Islanders, in collaboration with the Museum of Cycladic Art, through its Cycladic Identity program.

This archive represents a living memory of the island, aiming to preserve and promote the cultural identity of Donousa.
